
NOTICE:
The store is NEVER to be left unattended. This means you are NOT to walk outside the business for any reason. You
CANNOT go to Chili's to pick up food, etc. It is NEVER proper to leave a business unattended.
** Owner is absentee and does not work in the store.
**Owner also does not fill shifts for employees. If you need a shift filled you should contact a co-worker to replace you
for that shift. (See Below)
**Schedule requests for the following week must be submitted NO LATER than Friday of the prior week by 3pm.
**Schedules will be posted for the following week by 5pm the prior Sunday. A preliminary schedule may be posted on
Friday or Saturday but it is not considered as the official schedule until after 5PM on Sunday.
IF YOU CHECK THE SCHEDULE BEFORE 5PM YOU MUST CHECK IT AGAIN
AFTER 5PM EVEN IF THE NEW SCHEDULE HAS ALREADY BEEN POSTED. THE
SCHEDULE IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL AFTER 5PM SUNDAY
DUE TO CHANGES THAT MAY BE MADE BEFORE 5PM.
** All Requests are to be considered Requests and are not guaranteed to be approved.
** If you wish to trade a shift with another worker, YOU are still responsible for that shift. If the employee you have
traded shifts with does not show for work, YOU must cover that shift. If you needed off work for a given day then a
request should have been filed during the prior week.
** You must punch in and out for your shift. Failures to punch in or out cannot be altered by management. It is OUR
responsibility as employers to ensure that you are paid for the hours that you work. It is YOUR responsibility as an
employee to punch in and out to indicate that you worked those hours.
** In certain instances (Emergencies, Etc.) schedule changes and excused days from work can be approved.
** Sick days require a physicians note. Any walk in clinic can accommodate you and provide you with a written release
from work.
** Pay Periods run from the first day of the month to the 15th, Then the 16th until the last day of the month.
Paychecks are available seven (7) days after the pay period ends and will not be available until after 5pm. This
indicates that paydays are usually the 7th and the 22nd of the month.
**All paychecks will be distributed from the Lithia Pinecrest location. Paychecks will not be distributed early. When the
payday falls on a Sunday or Holiday they will then be distributed the following Monday.
** EFT Bonuses will be included with that pay periods paycheck. All information must be filled out correctly to be
eligible for Bonus Payment. No Scratches, No incomplete information, No incorrect information and the correct and
VALID card number with expiration date must be included.
** If you notice that a new schedule has not been posted by 5pm on that Sunday... Simply repeat the schedule as
posted for the week before.
Things you should be checking at the beginning and ending of your shift:
*Bathroom is clean (Sink is wiped down, Floor is clean and toilet is wiped off, Soap is filled and toilet paper is full)
*Floor in each room is clean (Under the chairs, under the tables, around the fans and the shelves have no trash, Use
the dust buster to get under the table and around the fans. Don't pull the tables out and scratch the walls.)
*The mirrors and chairs or stools in each room should have no smudges, fingerprints or lotion on them
*The walls in each room need to be checked for lotion as well as the back of the doors
*The beds AND THE STANDUP FLOOR AND INSIDE WALLS should be clean. I always find lotion on the walls and door
*The front door should not have a lot of fingerprints on the inside
*Behind the massage chair, under the couch and under the black lobby chair should be clean
*The cooler should be full of water
*Spray bottles filled to the top when closing each night
All this will take you less than 10 minutes each shift
PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON THESE NEXT THINGS:
They need to be done when they're dirty
*The fans and the tops of the beds should be wiped off when they're dusty
*The lotion shelves should be wiped off when dusty
*The black border around the entire store should be wiped with a wet rag. Inside each room as well
*The radios should be wiped down when dusty
*The Chrome plates under the Velocity need to be kept clean

Effective Tuesday March 29, 2011 Until further notice.... No Laptops in the store during work hours. Facebook, Homework, Etc. need to be done outside of work. Also, The Internet is not to be accessed at all for any reason from the store computer.
